The Old Man and The Sea. I really can’t say a lot right now. The description in the book was awesome so far and i’m pretty sure we will see more of it throughout the book. The old man seems like a die hard kind of person. He knows what little he has and he still keeps trying his best. He does not seem very worried at all but on the same level he does not really seem to care about a lot. Now the boy on the other hand seems helpful and almost like a son to the old man. He is very kind and caring and worries a lot about the old man. I think in a way that makes the old man happy.
One of the passages in the book that stood out to me was,
He no longer dreamed of storms, nor of women, nor of great occurrences, nor of great fish, nor fights, nor contests of strength, nor of his wife.
I just wonder why he never dreams of any of that stuff. And why he never dreams about his wife. What ever happened to his wife?
